What customers say about the finished work

"We love our garage floor! The workmanship was excellent with clear communication and follow through. I highly recommend Carefree Stone."

"We have had our Kool Deck resurfaced six times in 14 years. Each time, the company made it worse. Puddles formed when..."

What can go wrong without the right system

1
Traffic and abrasion failure

Forklifts, carts, and point loads wear through underspecified coatings. Commercial systems are built to the traffic, not just the square footage.

2
Thermal shock and washdowns

Hot water, cleaning chemicals, and temperature swings delaminate the wrong chemistry. Kitchens and washdown areas need systems rated for it.

3
Moisture and vapor pressure

Slab moisture that is never tested becomes a coating failure later. Moisture-risk review and mitigation are part of commercial prep.

What's included

  • High gloss and highly reflective coatings
  • Fast return-to-service to minimize downtime
  • Custom colors and broadcast blends
  • Resistant to high foot traffic and scuffing

How installation works

  1. 01

    Slab Leveling & Prep

Grinding down high spots and preparing a smooth concrete profile matching CSP 2.

  2. 02

    Color Basecoat

Applying a highly pigmented primer basecoat to establish solid background coloring and seal the substrate.

  3. 03

    Decorative Blend Broadcast

Broadcasting custom color flakes, quartz, or swirled metallic pigments for visual interest and texture.

  4. 04

    High-Traffic Urethane Topcoat

Sealing the system with a non-yellowing, high-abrasion urethane topcoat for excellent scratch resistance.
