A cost-effective way to bring rich, warm colors to dull concrete patios, interior floors, or exterior walkways.

Concrete staining infuses rich, variegated color tones directly into the concrete rather than forming a surface layer that can peel. We utilize acid stains for natural, earth-toned marble effects, and water-based dyes for vibrant, uniform colors.

Stained concrete is sealed with clear acrylics, epoxies, or urethanes depending on location, making it ideal for indoor living spaces, office lobbies, or backyard patios.

Why These Surfaces Fail Without the Right System

Uneven color expectations

Acid and water-based stains react with the slab's own chemistry, so natural variation and mottling are part of the look, not a defect. We set expectations and can review samples before committing to a color.

Skipped neutralization

Acid stain residue left on the slab keeps reacting after application and can discolor or damage the sealer if it is not fully neutralized and rinsed.

Wrong sealer for the location

Interior and exterior stained floors need different sealers. The wrong choice wears fast, dulls quickly, or fails to protect the color underneath.

Our Engineered Installation Process

1. Chemical Prep & Clean

Neutralizing the slab, grinding or scrubbing to achieve a clean, porous foundation free of sealers.

2. Stain Application

Spraying or scrubbing acid or water-based stains to achieve custom color patterns and chemical reactions.

3. Neutralization & Wash

Neutralizing acid residues and rinsing the concrete clean to lock in color reactions and prep for sealer.

4. Clear Protective Seal

Applying two coats of protective UV-stable clear sealer with optional slip-resistance aggregates.

These are planning guidelines, not a substitute for the written proposal. Exact products, schedule, finish, maintenance, and warranty terms depend on the inspected surface and selected system.

Installation & Return to Use

Installation timing depends on surface condition, repairs, system build, weather, and site access.
Foot traffic, furniture return, and vehicle traffic are separate milestones and are confirmed for the products used on your project.
Do not plan return-to-service from a generic one-day claim; the written project schedule controls.

Maintenance

Remove abrasive dirt and grit routinely so it does not become a wear layer.
Use cleaning products and methods approved for the installed finish.

Colors, Texture & Appearance

Final color, gloss, texture, and traction are selected for the surface and how it will be used.
